Every booking is agreed in writing, in a single thread. The booking routes on this site open it, and [email protected] is the written address for anyone who prefers e-mail.
What it holds
The day, the hour and the length. The address, as you gave it. The name of the therapist who is free and agreed. The fee, taken from the rate table. The deposit amount and the payment details, which appear here and nowhere else. And any later change: a moved date, a cancellation, the confirmation that a same-day first booking should be performed at once.
Why it matters more on a long stay
A weekend visitor uses the thread once. A long-stay guest returns to it again and again, and it becomes a working record. The address that worked the first time can be pasted into the next message. The name you booked is there when you want to ask for her again. Messages get shorter as the stay goes on, because the thread already carries the detail.
What the house keeps
